Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and stock items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable operating cash registers and handling payments
- Must follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of health and safety standards is beneficial
- Demonstrated integrity and teamwork-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas' and Starbucks
- Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- All other related duties as assigned
