Job Duties
- Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
- park customers vehicles in designated parking spots safely and securely
- keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
- provide exceptional guest experience
- maintain organization at operation
- be enthusiastic about the job creating a positive environment for customers and teammates
- use professional communication and VPNE approved language choices
- help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
- provide information about the garage such as hours of operation rates or special promotions upon request
- always maintain a neatly groomed appearance
- perform cleaning duties as assigned
- adhere to the VPNE attendance policy
- follow all safety protocols including wearing appropriate safety gear and reporting hazards
- fill out damage or accident reports as needed
