Job Requirements
- Live in the local area or within commuting distance
- Ability to stand and work continuously in confined spaces
- Ability to perform duties within extreme temperature ranges
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs and move or push goods on hand cart or truck weighing up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts
- Willingness to pay interview and relocation expenses
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Meets grooming standards
- Substance free environment with mandatory testing

- Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Three years fine dining or À La Carte service experience
- Good working knowledge of hot cooking fundamentals including broiling, frying, sautéeing and grilling
- Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards
- Basic mathematical skills for recipe measurements and portion control
- Ability to read and write English
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent people skills
- Energetic personality
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Prepare all foods according to standard recipes to ensure consistency of product to the guest
- Visually inspect, select and use food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items
- Check and control the proper storage of products and portion control, especially high cost meat items
- Keep all refrigeration, storage, and working areas in clean, working condition to comply with health department regulations
- Ensure all equipment in working areas is clean and in proper working condition
- Prepare requisition for supplies and food items for production in workstation
- Read and employ math skills to appropriately prepare items according to recipes
