Zeta Charter Schools

Zeta Charter Schools is a network of public charter schools dedicated to providing a high-quality, whole-child education to students in New York City. Founded with the mission to transform public education, Zeta focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and soul of each student. It prepares them for success in a modern, evolving world.

Operating across multiple campuses in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan, Zeta serves a diverse student body from Pre-K through 8th grade, with plans to expand to 12th grade in the future. The schools are strategically located in neighborhoods that have historically lacked access to quality educational options.

Zeta aims to uplift entire communities by offering exceptional learning environments. At the core of its approach is a commitment to rigorous, hands-on academics that tap into students' innate curiosity and joy of learning. The curriculum equips students with critical-thinking skills and habits necessary to achieve their highest potential.

Complementing this academic foundation is a comprehensive social-emotional and mindfulness program that fosters personal growth and well-being. This includes activities such as Taekwondo, music, dance breaks, and healthy food options, nurturing the mind, body, and soul of each student.

Zeta also emphasizes innovation and creativity through its Z Labs, which enable learning via cross-disciplinary, hands-on experimentation and play. These labs provide students with opportunities to develop skills and mindsets necessary to be creators and architects of an ever-evolving digital and modern world.
