Founded in 2015 by Khanh Nguyen, a University of Houston alumnus, the company has rapidly expanded, establishing a strong presence in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin.

Zalat Pizza distinguishes itself by offering a diverse menu of unique, signature pizzas that blend traditional flavors with creative twists. Notable offerings include the "Pho Shizzle," inspired by Vietnamese pho, featuring chicken, red bell peppers, caramelized onions, and swirls of hoisin and sriracha sauces. The "Elote" is topped with Srirancha (a proprietary blend of Sriracha and ranch), corn, and lemon pepper. Another favorite is the "Pepperoni Masterclass," showcasing 100% all-beef pepperoni, oregano, cracked black pepper, and chopped garlic.

The company places a strong emphasis on quality by making all of its own dough and sauces, including the trademarked Srirancha. Pizzas are baked in traditional deck ovens, ensuring a crispy crust and flavorful toppings.
