WILLYS MEXICANA GROUP is a prominent chain of Fresh-Mex restaurants founded in 1995 by Willy Bitter in Atlanta, Georgia. Inspired by the California-style burritos from San Francisco's Mission District, Willy aimed to bring authentic Mexican flavors to the East Coast.

The first location opened in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, and the brand has since expanded to over 30 locations across metro Atlanta, Athens, Peachtree City, Columbus, and Cartersville.

Expansion and Sister Concept

In 2021, Willy's introduced Howlin' Willy's Hot Chicken, a spicy sister concept inspired by Nashville's hot chicken scene. This venture offers a unique twist on the traditional hot chicken experience, complementing the original Fresh-Mex offerings.
