It developed and operates Hotel Distil, a 205-room property affiliated with Autograph Collection Hotels, and the 110-room Moxy Louisville Downtown.

Both hotels are located on historic Whiskey Row, a block-long stretch that formerly was central to the bourbon industry.

Hotel Distil offers more than 11,000 square feet of event space, including a 5,000-square-foot ballroom and a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace.

The Moxy Louisville Downtown features the brand’s standard Bar Moxy and a 24/7 food-truck-inspired concept called Zombie Taco.
