Villa St. Joseph is a faith-based senior living community dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to retired clergy and other residents in need. Established in 1997 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Baden, Pennsylvania, the facility was designed to meet the critical healthcare needs of elderly residents in Beaver County and surrounding communities. It also serves the needs of the Sisters themselves.

In April 2018, Concordia Lutheran Ministries, a nonprofit senior and healthcare provider, acquired Villa St. Joseph, continuing its mission of serving others. The facility offers a range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing care, personal care, memory care, and outpatient rehabilitation.

The goal is to make the process as simple as possible for patients, residents, and families, assisting with everything from admission paperwork to daily care needs.

• Darby, PA, USA: This facility celebrated its 75th anniversary in November 2024, making it the first diocesan home in the United States for aged and infirmed priests.
