Its services include Early Childhood Services through the Early Prevention and Intervention for Children (EPIC) program, which provides tailored therapy for infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays. This ensures early support for optimal growth and development.

Employment Programs offered include:

• Government Contracts Program: Creates jobs for individuals with disabilities by securing contracts with entities like the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. Participants work alongside military personnel at bases in locations such as Hawaii and Guam.
• Supported Employment Program: Assists individuals with mild to significant disabilities by matching them with career opportunities aligned to their interests. Employment specialists provide job training, support, and long-term assistance.
• Future of Work Program: Prepares students for life after high school by offering training and credentialing programs to equip them with career-essential skills.
