About Vermont State University
Vermont State University (VTSU) is a public institution of higher education in Vermont, established on July 1, 2023, through the merger of Castleton University, Northern Vermont University, and Vermont Technical College. This consolidation aims to provide a unified, high-quality, and affordable education across the state.
VTSU operates five primary campuses: Castleton, Johnson, Lyndon, Randolph, and Williston.
