• Skilled Nursing & Long-term Care: The center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, including case management, discharge planning, fall prevention, individualized treatment plans, infection management, IV therapy, long- and short-term care, medical director services, medication management, post-surgical care, pre-admission programs, social services, and wound care.
• Rehabilitation Services: An in-house team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists evaluates each patient's rehabilitation needs and designs outcome-oriented treatment programs. The goal is to help residents attain their maximum potential and restore abilities essential to independent living.

• Physical Therapy: Fosters independence and functional mobility skills following acute or chronic disease processes through individual evaluations and customized interventions.
• Occupational Therapy: Helps patients achieve independence in activities of daily living by refining motor skills, hand and upper extremity function, and bladder and bowel control for incontinence.
• Speech Therapy: Assists patients in improving communication skills, including speaking, problem-solving, reading, writing, verbal expression, and resolving swallowing issues.

The center utilizes state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®, to enhance recovery outcomes.
