University Of Richmond

The University of Richmond (UR) is a private liberal arts institution located in Richmond, Virginia. Established in 1830, it offers a comprehensive educational experience through its five schools: the School of Arts & Sciences, the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, the University of Richmond School of Law, and the School of Professional & Continuing Studies.

UR's undergraduate programs provide a well-rounded education, combining deep knowledge in chosen majors with a broad liberal arts curriculum. The School of Arts & Sciences offers 38 majors and 10 concentrations, while the Robins School of Business provides intensive business education with real-world experiences.

The university emphasizes hands-on learning through programs like the Richmond Guarantee. This offers every undergraduate a fellowship of up to $5,000 for unpaid or underpaid summer internships or faculty-mentored research projects.
