The Piada Group, operating under the brand name Piada Italian Street Food, is a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in authentic Italian cuisine. Founded in 2010 by Chris Doody, a co-founder of the Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Piada was inspired by the traditional street food of Rimini, Italy.
The first restaurant opened in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, the company has expanded to 58 locations across seven states.
