About The Manchester Hotel
The Manchester Hotel, located in the heart of Lexington's historic Distillery District, is a seven-story boutique hotel that seamlessly blends modern luxury with the rich heritage of Kentucky's bourbon culture. Opened in June 2023, the hotel stands on the site of the former Ashland Distillery, Lexington's first registered bourbon producer established in 1865.
Designed by interior designer Jenny Bukovec, formerly of Rockwell Group, The Manchester features soulful interiors inspired by Lexington's historic rickhouses and the earthy tones of the surrounding Bluegrass region.
The "Rickhouse Revival" masonry facade showcases dramatic arches that run throughout the property, paying homage to the area's rich architectural heritage.
