About The Finch
The Finch is a sophisticated yet welcoming American grill located in Nashville, Tennessee. Situated in the historic Union Station building, the restaurant offers a modern take on classic American dishes, blending elegance with approachability.
The menu, developed by Milkshake Concepts’ Senior Culinary Director Rodman Shields, features house-made pastas, specialty cuts of meats, and signature entrées such as Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon, Short Rib with Poblano Mac and Cheese, and Roasted Herb Chicken.
Starters include Applewood Smoked Idaho Trout Dip and Korean Chicken Bao Buns. The Finch also offers a selection of fresh seafood, including Salmon Crudo, Oyster on the Half Shell, and Jumbo Prawn Cocktail.
The bar program includes classic cocktails with song titles as names, such as Moonlight in Vermont (a maple old fashioned), Purple Rain (a unique vodka craft cocktail), and Visas in My Name (a paper plane). A curated selection of approachable wines is also available.
The 6,896-square-foot interior, designed by Barnett Design Group, features a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere with signature marble-topped bars, bird-feather wallpaper, gold-toned fixtures, and blue porcelain accents.
