Situated at 3770 South Las Vegas Blvd, adjacent to Park MGM and Eataly, the restaurant boasts a rustic farmhouse chic ambiance infused with Las Vegas flair.

Founded by Michael Rosen and Top Chef winner Richard Blais, The Crack Shack began as a passion project to transform pristine, local ingredients from their fine dining restaurant into a more accessible, casual setting. Since its inception in San Diego's Little Italy in 2015, the brand has expanded, with the Las Vegas location being the first outside California.

Menu Highlights

The menu features a variety of dishes, with a focus on ultra-premium, Southern California-style fried chicken. Signature items include the Firebird sandwich, featuring a spicy fried thigh with cool ranch, crispy onions, and pickles on a potato roll.

Other popular dishes are the Baja Chop salad with guacamole, radish, cotija cheese, and charred poblano dressing; and the Royal Chik’Muffin, a breakfast sandwich with maple chicken sausage, chili-garlic avocado mayo, a sunny egg, and American cheese on an English muffin.

For breakfast enthusiasts, The Crack Shack offers a selection of morning favorites served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Highlights include Chilaquiles, The LV Scramble with cured bacon and cheddar, Biscuits & Gravy, and the Sunny ‘Daise sandwich featuring chicken sausage and maple “hollandaise.”

Bar and Cocktails

The restaurant also features a full bar with craft cocktails, frozen rosé, Champagne, and a selection of bottled, draft, and canned beers. Notable cocktails include:

Design and Ambiance

Designed by PGAL Interiors, the 6,400-square-foot space includes reclaimed wood siding, Corten steel, and corrugated metal. A larger-than-life rooster statue, Cluck Norris, wearing a Golden Knights jersey, welcomes patrons at the venue's Strip entrance.

Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Reservations are accepted for parties of 8 or more.
