The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club

The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club is a boutique hotel located in Aurora, Colorado, within the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Opened in July 2023, it serves as a hospitality center for the campus and the surrounding community.

The hotel features 106 luxuriously appointed guest accommodations, including a mix of guestrooms, suites, and apartment-style units with full kitchens. The design reflects the spirit of the American West, with four distinct room motifs—Campus, Mountain, Garden, and Plains—each celebrating Colorado's natural beauty.

Dining

Dining at The Benson Hotel centers around The Common Good, a 100-seat restaurant offering freshly prepared cuisine created by Executive Chef Donovan Davis. The menu features seasonally driven comfort food made with locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant includes a full-service bar.

Meetings and Events

The hotel offers 10,500 square feet of meeting and function space, including a 3,800-square-foot ballroom accommodating up to 250 guests. The ballroom has abundant natural light and two massive marble fireplaces. Adjacent to it is a 4,000-square-foot Flower Garden for outdoor events.

Art and Faculty Club

The hotel is home to the state's second-largest collection of Western art, featuring over 100 original works by contemporary Colorado artists. The Faculty Club is a private members-only space providing a venue for leaders and influencers in the Anschutz medical community to gather socially.
