The Tampa Jewish Community Centers and Federation (JCCs & Federation) is a dynamic organization dedicated to enriching Jewish life in the Tampa Bay area through a comprehensive array of programs and services. Their mission is to strengthen the health, education, culture, and welfare of the community, while fostering connections with Israel and the global Jewish community.

Operating from a 21-acre campus in Tampa, Florida, the JCCs & Federation offers a diverse range of facilities and initiatives. The Shanna & Bryan Glazer JCC, a 100,000-square-foot facility, serves as a central hub for community engagement.

This center features a state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics center, a visual arts center operated by the City of Tampa, a senior center for active living, and spaces dedicated to teens and 'tweens. Additionally, it houses the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator and provides community services through Tampa Jewish Family Services, which includes a food bank and counseling offices.

Community Support and Services

The JCCs & Federation supports various beneficiary agencies that enhance Jewish life both locally and globally. In Tampa, they assist organizations like the Jewish Education Loan Fund, which provides no-interest loans to Jewish students pursuing higher education, and Hillel Academy of Tampa, offering scholarships for Jewish day school education.

They also back Hillels of the Florida Suncoast, serving over 1,000 Jewish college students annually, and the PJ Library program, which delivers free Jewish-content books and music to children aged 6 months to 7 years.

Internationally, they have contributed over $200,000 to Ashdod, Israel, funding initiatives such as a bomb shelter for seniors and a physicians’ intake center for doctors moving to Israel.
