About Tacombi
Tacombi is a vibrant Mexican taqueria that began its journey in 2006 on the sun-kissed beaches of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Founded by Dario Wolos, the concept was born from a 1963 Volkswagen "combi" bus, transformed into a taco-serving stand, bringing authentic Mexican flavors to the world.
In 2010, Tacombi expanded its horizons by opening its first taqueria in a downtown New York garage. This marked the beginning of a series of neighborhood taquerias across several major cities.
