Superica is a vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant located in Nashville's Gulch neighborhood, offering a modern twist on traditional Mexican and American cuisine.

Established by Atlanta-based chef and restaurateur Ford Fry, Superica pays homage to the casual, old-school Tex-Mex joints of Fry's Texas upbringing.

Restaurant Design

The restaurant's expansive 5,800-square-foot interior features a colorful dining room adorned with elements reminiscent of Texas dance halls and Hill Country eateries.

Design highlights include a large leather-strapped bar, vintage wood accents, and hand-forged metal chandeliers crafted from vintage bicycle seats.

The 1,200-square-foot patio offers additional seating under a 1960s-inspired carport roof, providing a comfortable outdoor dining experience.

Menu Highlights

Superica's menu showcases a variety of Tex-Mex classics, such as guacamole, wood-grilled fajitas, shrimp tacos, and freshly made flour and corn tortillas.

Signature dishes include the chile con queso, a creamy and peppery cheese dip, and the ancho chile broth-based pozole, loaded with shredded pork, shrimp, and shaved cabbage.

The restaurant also offers a selection of agave spirits and house-made margaritas, along with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages like Mexican Coke, Squirt, and Topo Chico.

Private Events and Catering

For private events, Superica provides a private dining room accommodating up to 30 guests, with a food and beverage minimum applicable.

The full restaurant is also available for buyouts, hosting up to 200 guests. Catering services are offered for pick-up orders with details available upon inquiry.
