Sun Health is a non-profit organization based in Surprise, Arizona, dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of West Valley residents. With over 50 years of service, Sun Health offers a comprehensive range of services through its three main divisions: Sun Health Communities, Sun Health Foundation, and Sun Health Wellness.

Main Divisions

Sun Health Communities operates three Life Plan Communities—Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village, and The Colonnade—as well as the Sun Health At Home® program. These communities provide residents with a variety of amenities, social activities, and a full spectrum of residential healthcare services.

The Sun Health At Home® program offers members the flexibility to live independently in their own homes while having access to a network of services and support.

Sun Health Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of Sun Health, partnering with local healthcare institutions such as Banner Boswell Medical Center, Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, and the Banner Sun Health Research Institute. The Foundation focuses on fundraising to support superior healthcare, research initiatives, and community wellness programs.

Contributions to the Foundation directly benefit these institutions and the broader community.

Sun Health Wellness develops and implements community-based health and wellness programs, classes, and services. These initiatives aim to improve the overall quality of life for community members by offering resources that promote healthy living.

Programs address various health conditions, including diabetes, cardiac disease, and Alzheimer's disease. They also provide support for hospital transitions and online educational resources. Many of these services are offered at little to no cost, thanks to philanthropic support.
