Founded in 1965 by Fred DeLuca and Peter Buck in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the company has grown to become one of the largest restaurant chains worldwide, with over 37,000 locations across more than 100 countries.

The brand's core offering is its customizable submarine sandwiches, allowing customers to choose from a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces to create a personalized meal.
