In May 2024, Stonebridge Companies further solidified its position in the hospitality industry by acquiring Real Hospitality Group, a leading hotel management company based in Ocean City, Maryland.

This strategic acquisition expanded Stonebridge's footprint to over 160 hotels and 24,000 guest rooms across more than 20 states, enhancing its capabilities in hotel management and development.
