Springpoint Living is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive senior living services across the Mid-Atlantic region. Comprehensive Senior Living Communities

Springpoint operates 29 residential communities, including eight full-service Life Plan Communities. These communities offer a continuum of care, encompassing independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation services.

Additionally, Springpoint manages an assisted living and memory care community, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, and 19 affordable housing communities.

Home-Based Services

Recognizing the desire of many seniors to age in place, Springpoint provides home care and care management services through Springpoint at Home. This program supports individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Membership Programs

Springpoint Choice is a membership-based program designed for adults aged 55 and older. It offers members the option to continue living at home while protecting their income and assets against future long-term care costs.

The program also provides the added assurance of care when needed, ensuring peace of mind for its members.
