Spokane International Airport (GEG) is a major commercial airport located approximately 7 miles west-southwest of downtown Spokane, Washington. Serving as the primary gateway for the Inland Northwest region, the airport facilitates both passenger and cargo flights.

Expansion and Development
The airport is undergoing significant expansion to enhance its facilities through two major projects:
- Terminal Renovation and Expansion (TREX) Program: Began October 2022, adding 144,000 square feet and six new gates to Concourse C. The first portion opened in June 2024, with further construction planned for late 2024 and completion the following year.
- Central Hall Development: Creating a centralized TSA screening checkpoint and baggage claim, an improved operations center, and easier navigation between concourses A/B and C. The 145,000 square foot hall is estimated to cost $179 million with construction planned for 2025 to 2027.
