Spark Driver™ is Walmart's proprietary delivery platform that offers independent contractors the opportunity to earn income by delivering orders for Walmart and other retailers across all 50 states. As a Spark Driver, you have the flexibility to choose when, where, and how often you work. This allows you to tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle.

How Spark Driver Works

To get started, download the Spark Driver app, available for both iOS and Android devices. After completing the enrollment process, including a background check, you'll be notified when your local zone has availability. Once activated, you can accept delivery offers through the app. The app guides you to the store, assists with shopping if necessary, and navigates to the customer's location for delivery.

Earnings and Incentives

Earnings vary based on order size, distance, and other factors. Incentive programs provide additional ways to boost your income. For example, during the holiday season, Walmart introduced new financial incentives for Spark Drivers to enhance e-commerce sales and compete with other retailers.

Rewards Program

Spark Drivers can unlock various rewards, such as a free Walmart+ membership, by completing trips on the platform. The rewards program offers multiple tiers, each providing different benefits, including discounts and exclusive offers.
