Established in 2008 by Dr. Joseph Delaney and Dr. Kyle Guyton, the practice began as a sole pediatric office in Lexington and has since expanded to 11 locations statewide.

They are staffed by board-certified pediatricians and pediatric-trained nurses, ensuring high-quality care for patients from birth through adolescence.

SouthernMED Pediatrics emphasizes timely, often same-day, sick visits and provides access to a 24-hour nurse triage line, reflecting their commitment to patient convenience and comprehensive care.

Expansion and Locations

In August 2021, SouthernMED Pediatrics expanded its reach by opening a new office in Summerville, South Carolina. This location, situated near Ladson in the Oakbrook area, is under the care of Dr. Lea Schwab, Dr. Seth Winkler, and Rebecca Jiannuzzi, CPNP-PC.

The Summerville office offers the same services and conveniences as other locations, including timely sick visits and access to the 24-hour nurse triage line.
