Animal Encounters and Exhibits

The park also features a Penguin Habitat, home to Humboldt penguins, and a Hawaiian Reef Lagoon where visitors can observe stingrays, whitetip reef sharks, and tropical reef fish.
Conservation and Education
Sea Life Park is committed to marine conservation and has actively participated in releasing over 17,000 Hawaiian green sea turtles (honu) into the wild.
The park operates a Bird Sanctuary, rehabilitating and releasing wild marine birds such as frigatebirds, boobies, shearwaters, and albatrosses.
Educational programs cater to guests of all ages, including field trips and outreach programs aligned with Hawaii Department of Education benchmarks and Common Core Standards.
Aloha Kai Luau
The Aloha Kai Luau is an integral part of the Sea Life Park experience, held select evenings from Wednesday through Sunday.
This award-winning event features an authentic Hawaiian underground imu ceremony, where a whole pig is roasted in a traditional underground oven.
Guests enjoy a buffet dinner with dishes like lomi lomi salmon, fresh island-caught fish, and kalua pork.
World-class Polynesian performances, including hula and fire knife dancing, complete the evening against the stunning backdrop of the Koʻolau Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
