Scratch Restaurants Group is a Los Angeles-based, Michelin-starred culinary collective founded by husband-and-wife team Chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee. Established in 2013, the group is renowned for its dedication to the "from scratch" philosophy, emphasizing high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to create innovative and memorable dining experiences.

The group's flagship establishment, Scratch|Bar & Kitchen, offers a 25-course tasting menu showcasing Chef Phillip's bold interpretations of contemporary cuisine, while Chef Margarita's desserts provide a sweet conclusion to the meal. In 2021, this restaurant earned its first Michelin star, a testament to its exceptional quality and creativity.

Expanding their culinary footprint, the Lees introduced Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, an intimate 10-seat sushi counter experience presenting a 17-course omakase-inspired tasting menu. This concept has garnered acclaim with locations in Montecito, Los Angeles, Miami, Austin, Seattle, Chicago, Dallas, and Healdsburg. The Montecito location received a Michelin star in 2021, underscoring the group's commitment to excellence.

The group's expansion continued with the opening of NADC Burger, a collaboration with professional skateboarder Neen Williams. This concept, featuring premium Texas wagyu beef burgers, debuted in Chicago in February 2023 and has since expanded to Austin and Houston.
