About Savannah College of Art and Design
The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is a private, nonprofit university dedicated to preparing students for creative careers through comprehensive education in various art and design disciplines. Established in 1978, SCAD offers more than 100 degree programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels. These encompass fields such as Animation, Architecture, Fashion Design, Film and Television, Graphic Design, Illustration, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Game Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Photography, Writing, and Performing Arts.

Facilities and Resources
SCAD's facilities include state-of-the-art computer labs, fabrication studios equipped with 3D printers and laser cutters, digital media labs, sound stages, film production studios, theaters, galleries, and the SCAD Museum of Art. Athletics Programs
The university offers a diverse intercollegiate athletics program including men's and women's bowling, cross country, cycling, equestrian, fishing, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, and track and field. SCAD teams have earned more than 100 national championships.
