RPM Seafood is a premier dining destination located along the Chicago River at 317 N. Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60654. Established in January 2020, it is the latest addition to the RPM restaurant group, founded by celebrity couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic in partnership with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
The restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience with panoramic views of the Chicago River. Designed by the award-winning Rockwell Group, RPM Seafood spans two levels, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, two private terraces on the second-floor mezzanine, and a 100+ seat patio that debuted in spring 2020.
Culinary Leadership and Menu Highlights
Executive Chef Bob Broskey, known for his work at Michelin-starred establishments, leads the culinary team. The menu emphasizes the freshest seafood and fish from around the world.
Signature dishes include the Bone-In Swordfish Ribeye, Charcoal-Grilled Black Bass, and an updated Chicago classic, Shrimp de Jonghe, made with Peekytoe Crab and finished with garlic butter and espelette peppers.
Beverage Program
The wine program, curated by Wine Director and Partner Richard Hanauer, focuses on seafood-friendly selections from Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Tuscany. The cocktail list features original creations like the Weston, made with Eagle Rare 10-year-old bourbon, Dark Matter espresso, and essence of pipe tobacco.
