Rosario's ComidaMex & Bar is a renowned Tex-Mex restaurant located in San Antonio, Texas. It is celebrated for its rich history and vibrant dining experience. Established in 1992 by owner Lisa Wong, Rosario's has become a beloved institution in the Southtown Historic District, just a few blocks from downtown San Antonio.

In February 2023, Rosario's relocated to a new flagship location at 722 S. St. Mary's Street. This modern 25,000-square-foot space includes multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas, a rooftop terrace and bar with stunning views of the downtown skyline, and a private party house for special occasions.

This move allowed the restaurant to consolidate operations and focus on enhancing the dining experience for its patrons.

Menu Highlights

The menu at Rosario's features a blend of traditional Mexican dishes and original house specialties, all made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. Signature items include shrimp nachos, fish tacos, ceviche, enchilada plates, and sizzling parrillas.

The restaurant also offers pescatarian, vegan, and vegetarian options to cater to a diverse clientele.

Rooftop Bar

The rooftop bar, which opened in May 2023, offers guests aged 25 years and older a spot to enjoy downtown skyline views. The 5,000-square-foot space includes a full bar with a specialty cocktail menu. A dedicated food menu is in development.

The rooftop bar operates on the following schedule:

• Thursday and Friday: 5 p.m. - 1 a.m.
• Saturday: noon - 1 a.m.
• Sunday: noon - 10 p.m.
