Established in 2017 by Chef Brandon Cain, renowned for his work at Saw's Soul Kitchen and Post Office Pies in Avondale, the restaurant quickly became a beloved spot for both locals and visitors.

The restaurant's culinary philosophy centered on modernizing fine dining by infusing Southern classics with international influences. This approach resulted in a menu that was both innovative and comforting, featuring dishes such as pork belly PB&J, Korean hot chicken, and grilled octopus.

The use of locally sourced ingredients ensured that the offerings were fresh and seasonally appropriate.
