Overview

Rollins College, established in 1885, is Florida's fourth-oldest post-secondary institution and the state's oldest recognized college.

The college offers a picturesque 80-acre campus situated on the shores of Lake Virginia.

Academic Divisions and Programs

The college provides a comprehensive liberal arts education through three divisions: the College of Arts and Sciences, the Crummer Graduate School of Business, and the Hamilton Holt School.

Undergraduates can choose from approximately 30 majors, including Latin American and Caribbean studies, computer science, biochemistry, theatre arts, and dance.

Graduate programs include an MBA, Master of Public Health, Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Education, Master of Human Resources, and Master of Liberal Studies.

Facilities and Campus Life

Rollins College is renowned for its commitment to applied learning and mentorship, preparing students for purpose-driven lives and productive careers.

The campus features state-of-the-art facilities such as the Archibald Granville Bush Science Center, housing 38 teaching and research laboratories for physical and behavioral sciences, mathematics, and computer science.

The Olin Library is a four-level, 54,000-square-foot building containing more than 300,000 volumes and over 50,000 serial titles.

With over 150 student clubs and organizations, campus life includes a wakeboard club, ballroom dance club, and a sizable Greek life with more than 10 fraternities and sororities.

Rollins's athletic teams, the Tars, compete in the NCAA Division II Sunshine State Conference and field a varsity waterskiing team among others.

Approximately 75 percent of students live on campus in residence halls or apartment complexes.
