Rodizio Grill, established in 1995 by founder Ivan Utrera, is America's first Brazilian steakhouse, offering an authentic churrascaria dining experience. The restaurant's concept centers on a continuous rotation of over a dozen rotisserie-grilled meats, including beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. These are all seasoned and carved tableside by skilled “Gauchos.”

Complementing the meats is an award-winning gourmet salad bar featuring over 30 fresh salads, cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Traditional Brazilian side dishes like Feijoada, Farofa, and Pão de Queijo enhance the authentic dining experience.

For dessert, Rodizio Grill serves homemade Brazilian sweets such as Torta Brigadeiro, Pudim De Leite, and Rabanada. These recipes have been passed down through generations in the founder's family. The restaurant also offers a selection of Brazilian wines and specialty drinks.
