Revel Communities operates two independent living communities in Arizona: Revel Scottsdale and Revel McDowell Mountain.

Revel Scottsdale, located at 8225 E Indian Bend Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85250, offers a 157-unit community with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom cottage floor plans, and guest suites.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, media lounge, outdoor saltwater swimming pool, spa centers, creative studios, and community activities such as art and cooking classes.

Revel McDowell Mountain, situated in North Scottsdale, is a modern desert community surrounded by shopping, golfing, and entertainment options.
