Established in 1982 by Virginia entrepreneurs Horace Fralin and Elbert Waldron, RUI has grown to encompass 51 communities across the East Coast. These include locations in Virginia, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania.
