Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. (RCSC) is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to enhancing the active lifestyle and well-being of Sun City, Arizona residents. Established in 1960, RCSC owns and operates a comprehensive array of recreational and social facilities, making it a cornerstone of the Sun City community.

Facilities and Amenities

RCSC manages eight recreation centers, each offering unique amenities.

• Bell Recreation Center: Features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a traditional lap pool, social halls, and a branch of the Maricopa County Library.
• Fairway Recreation Center: Home to a modern fitness center, an indoor walking track, and a combination lap and walking pool.
• Grand Center: The newest addition, reflecting the community's origins, offering various recreational opportunities.
• Lakeview Recreation Center: Situated on the shores of Viewpoint Lake, it provides tennis courts, a pool, miniature golf, and walking paths.
• Marinette Recreation Center: Renovated to include an expanded fitness center, 20 pickleball courts (eight under permanent cover), an outdoor spa, half-court basketball, horseshoes, and a rubberized walking track.
• Mountain View Recreation Center: Offers numerous sports amenities and an auditorium for performances and special events, including seven new pickleball courts.
• Oakmont Recreation Center: The original center, recently updated, maintaining its original charm while offering various activities.
• Sundial Recreation Center: Boasts the only indoor swimming pools in the community, an exercise pool with an automated chair-lift, and an auditorium hosting concerts and special events.

In addition to these centers, RCSC operates eight golf courses, two bowling centers, seven food service outlets, the Sun Bowl amphitheater, a 33-acre man-made lake (Viewpoint Lake), and Duffeeland, an off-leash dog park.

Membership and Services

RCSC's mission is to provide a broad range of high-quality amenities, recreational opportunities, and social activities to enhance members' sense of well-being and purpose.

Membership is available to deeded real estate owners in Sun City, Arizona, who are 55 years of age or older and occupy their property as their primary residence.

Members have access to all RCSC facilities and can participate in over 120 chartered clubs, offering activities from arts and crafts to sports and social events.
