About Rare Society

Rare Society is a contemporary steakhouse concept that pays homage to the golden age of American dining. It blends vintage upscale aesthetics with modern culinary techniques. Founded by Chef and Restaurateur Brad Wise, Rare Society offers a unique dining experience across multiple locations in the United States.

The restaurant's ambiance evokes the glamour of mid-20th-century steakhouses, reminiscent of Rat Pack gatherings and Sinatra dinner parties. Design elements include arched motifs, brass finishes, and gilded opulence, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.

Menu and Culinary Highlights

Central to Rare Society's menu is the use of a wood-fired grill fueled by American red oak, which imparts a distinctive flavor to the meats. Signature offerings include dry-aged ribeyes, Australian Wagyu, and classic filet mignon.

The "Associate" and "Executive" protein boards allow guests to sample multiple cuts of beef alongside house-made sauces and accompaniments.

Seafood enthusiasts can enjoy dishes like Oysters Rockefeller, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and seafood towers, all prepared with sustainably sourced ingredients. The raw bar features selections such as oysters on the half shell and chilled Maine lobster.

Beverage Program

Complementing the culinary offerings is a progressive cocktail program that nods to classic drinks while introducing innovative twists. An extensive wine list features selections from the West Coast, Italy, and France, catering to diverse palates.
