Ramen-San is a vibrant and contemporary ramen restaurant located in Chicago's River North neighborhood. Established as part of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, it offers a modern twist on traditional Japanese ramen. The restaurant blends authentic flavors with innovative ingredients for a unique dining experience.

The menu, crafted by Chef/Partner Doug Psaltis, features various ramen bowls with a choice of three distinct broths: tonkotsu (pork), shio (salt), and roasted vegetable. These broths are complemented by Tokyo wavy noodles from Sun Noodle, ensuring authentic texture and taste.

Guests can customize their dishes with unique add-ons such as kimchi, chashu pork, smoked brisket, fried chicken, molten egg, and buttered corn, allowing for a personalized dining experience.

In addition to signature ramen, Ramen-San presents a selection of Asian-inspired appetizers including Smoked Salmon Nigiri, Pork Belly Mantou Buns, and Spicy Szechuan Chicken Wings.
