Established in 1974 by George "Jig" Warren III and Gary "Moe" Meszaros in Sharon, Pennsylvania, the original establishment was uniquely housed in an abandoned gas station. It featured a 1936 Chevrolet mounted on a hydraulic grease rack.

Company Growth and Ownership

In 2015, Quaker Steak & Lube was acquired by TravelCenters of America to expand the chain's presence within travel centers. However, in early 2021, JDK Management purchased the brand, continuing its legacy of combining unique décor with craveable food and high-octane events.
