QUAIL RUN ASSOC INC

Formed in 1988, Quail Run Association is a not-for-profit New Mexico Corporation with the purpose of managing Quail Run condominiums. The condominium now comprises 265 family units and is owned 100 percent by its homeowners. Quail Run grounds cover 103 acres of land at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Club facilities include a nine-hole 31-par golf course, two tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a restaurant, and 24-hour staffed gated security.
