QDOBA Mexican Eats, founded in 1995 as Zuma Fresh Mexican Grill in Denver, Colorado, has grown into a prominent fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in Mexican-style cuisine. Over the years, the company has undergone several name changes, including Z-TECA Mexican Grill in 1997 and QDOBA Mexican Grill in 1999, before adopting its current name in 2015.

As of 2023, QDOBA operates over 750 locations across the United States and Canada, making it the second-largest Mexican fast-casual dining chain in North America. The company offers a diverse menu featuring burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and taco salads, made with fresh ingredients and customizable to individual preferences.
