Cucina Alba is an Italian restaurant located in Chelsea, New York City, that opened in the summer of 2022. It joined the Prince Street Hospitality portfolio alongside other concepts like Little Prince, Lola Taverna, and Lucali.

Little Prince is a cozy French bistro in SoHo, New York, established in 2014. It offers a delightful take on classic French cuisine, featuring dishes such as salads, an award-winning burger, steak frites, and a renowned brunch.

Lucali is a renowned pizzeria located in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, New York, established in 2006. It is celebrated for its exceptional pizza offerings, including the famous Spicy Spring pizza—a thick-crust Sicilian delight topped with spicy-and-sweet red sauce, aged mozzarella, and pepperoni cups.

Alba is a holiday-inspired Italian restaurant that opened in West Hollywood, California, on February 6, 2025. It serves as a sibling concept to New York’s Cucina Alba, offering Italian classics with a California twist.

In addition to its New York and Los Angeles locations, Prince Street Hospitality has expanded its presence to Charleston, South Carolina, with the opening of Prince Street Pizza in the fall of 2025.
