Commitment to Quality

For example, Prime STQ, a new steakhouse set to open in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, will source its meat from Creekstone Farms, the same supplier used for Prime Barbecue's brisket. The team is developing a custom cut of beef aged in-house and served with chimichurri, reflecting the founder's Puerto Rican heritage.
