Chef Jaime Ortiz

Chef Ortiz, a native of Manhattan, draws inspiration from his multicultural upbringing. His heritage includes Colombian, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Argentine, and various Asian culinary traditions.

This rich background influences his approach to reinventing familiar dishes and exploring new flavors.

His training in French cuisine, combined with expertise in Italian and Latin cuisines, allows him to push the boundaries of traditional culinary norms.

Flagship Restaurant: 677 Prime

677 Prime is an elite steakhouse located in downtown Albany. It is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience.

The menu features Kagoshima Prefecture A5 Japanese Wagyu, prime steaks, caviar presentations, and seasonal land and seafood options.

Guests can complement their meals with unique signature cocktails or selections from an award-winning wine list.

The restaurant also offers private event spaces on its second floor, accommodating gatherings from 10 to 200 guests.

Toro Cantina
