Plant Riverside District is a vibrant entertainment hub located along Savannah's scenic River Street. This dynamic destination seamlessly blends historic preservation with modern amenities, offering a unique experience for both locals and visitors.

Historic Transformation

Originally a 1912 power plant, the Riverside Power Plant ceased operations in 2005. In 2012, The Kessler Collection acquired the site, embarking on a transformative journey to repurpose the historic structure into a lively mixed-use development.

The project officially broke ground in December 2016, and by the summer of 2020, Plant Riverside District opened its doors, revitalizing a once underutilized area along the riverfront.
