Pho Prime

Pho Prime is a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant chain founded by husband-and-wife team Kiet and Julie Duong. Building on nearly 15 years of success with their Crawfish Cafe, the Duongs launched Pho Prime to offer an interactive dining experience that showcases the rich flavors of traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

The restaurant's signature offering is its build-your-own pho experience, allowing guests to customize their bowls with a variety of fresh ingredients. Customers can choose from beef, chicken, or vegan broth—made fresh daily from the Duongs' house recipe—paired with rice noodles or bean sprouts.

Proteins such as beef meatballs, chicken, shrimp, tendon, and fried tofu are available, along with vegetables like shiitake mushrooms, basil, and bok choy. For those seeking unique options, the menu features the Oxtail Pho, which includes a double serving of oxtail, and the Pho Supreme, combining oxtail, beef rib, and bone marrow. A vegan pho is also offered, made with vegan broth, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy.

Beyond pho, Pho Prime's menu includes a variety of Vietnamese comfort foods. The Bun Bo Hue is a spicy beef noodle soup featuring brisket, pork hock, tendon, and Vietnamese ham. The Bo Kho is a 12-hour braised tender brisket and tendon stew.

• Vermicelli bowls and shareable starters like eggrolls and spring rolls are also available.
• A standout item is the Pho Dip, a French baguette filled with fatty brisket, bone marrow butter spread, basil, cilantro, onion, and spicy aioli, drizzled with hoisin sauce and served with a side of beef broth for dipping.

Each Pho Prime location features cozy indoor seating, with locations ranging from 2,000 to 2,250 square feet. The restaurants offer convenient carry-out, delivery options, and catering services. Operating hours are Monday through Sunday, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
