Percy is situated at 400 S. 4th Street in Boise, Idaho, occupying a spacious 5,300-square-foot venue. This makes it the largest and most ambitious project undertaken by the founders to date.

The restaurant's design features 17-foot high ceilings, an expansive marble bar, and a combination of intimate and communal seating arrangements. These elements create a welcoming environment for a diverse clientele.
