Golf Course and Facilities

The PVGC course spans 6,433 yards with a par of 71. It was originally designed by the Olmsted Brothers alongside architects George C. Thomas and William P. Bell.

A major renovation in 2013 enhanced playability and aesthetic appeal by adding new greens, tees, chipping areas, and bunkers while preserving the classic original design elements.

The fairways are lined with mature trees, featuring strategically placed bunkers and water hazards that provide both beauty and challenge.

Clubhouse and Dining

The Spanish-style clubhouse underwent a comprehensive renovation completed in 2007, restoring its original Mediterranean design and improving functionality.

Amenities include dining facilities, banquet rooms, a bar, and card rooms. Oakley's, the club's restaurant, offers upscale casual dining and serves members and residents of Palos Verdes Estates.

• Tuesday: Bar service only, 12:00 pm–6:00 pm
• Wednesday–Friday: 11:00 am–8:30 pm (bar service until 9:30 pm)
• Saturday: 9:00 am–8:30 pm (bar service until 9:30 pm)
• Sunday: 9:00 am–4:30 pm (bar service until 6:00 pm)

Membership and Community Engagement

Membership is mainly available to residents of Palos Verdes Estates, with a separate waitlist for non-residents.

The club offers programs such as golf lessons with PGA professionals, women's and junior golf programs, and community benefit tournaments.
